Our rescue pup couldn’t walk and needed surgery. Pico Veterinary Clinic was kind, understanding, thoughtful, patient, and provided us top notch service. They charged us reasonable rates and held our hand through the entire process. We would give them 6 stars if we could. Our dog runs and plays happily with our kids and other pets now! I had to visit this vet multiple times due to my cat being ill. They were kind and compassionate. From the diagnosis to the very end. Even sent me a beautiful card the office signed to express condolences. I received a beautiful memorial box and a paw imprint in clay which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend this vet. I recently fostered a puppy who needed antibiotics and this is the vet the rescue sent me to. We were missing some information, so getting the prescription was very confusing but Pico Vet went above and beyond to track down the informing and get the medicine I needed. They were very kind and accommodating even though it was so close to closing time.
